  I went to dr. Purvez after a car slammed into my parked car ar 45 mph. My fingers were numb at the tips and worse my arms fell asleep when I tried to sleep, I woke up several times a night in excruciating pain as they regained sensation. Dr. purvez was not like any other doctors, in that he listened to me and did not think I was lying. He gave a drug called gabapentin which is not a narcotic and it completely solved all my problems. I got sleep and worke up with awake arms for the first time in months. It had been half a year without a night of waking up in unbelievable pain. I felt like I had won the lottery. He is charismatic and seems to like the challenge of making you better. I told my friends about him, and one of them lit up with delight, HE SAVED ME TOO! Shawn could barely move and was expected to deliver beer kegs. Unfortunately for his back, he's black and no doctor would give him any pain medicine. he doesn't so much as drink beer but that didn't stop them from projecting a bunch of racist stereotypes onto him. He was desperate, at his 5th doctor, barely able to sit upright and worried sick that he would lose his job. Dr. Purvez gave him a shot "the miracle" and he was back to work the next day. Shawn had NO interest in drugs and it never even came up in the 2 minutes it took to be cured. When your back hurts you will let them stick anything in it to stop the pain, why could the other doctors not have offered this as well? So that's two people he cured, both treated exactly equal opportunity awesomeness after other doctors had left us distraught and in pain. He didn't casually put me on dangerous narcotics, he didn't try to make money off me with multiple visits and time consuming BS. he just saved my life and I am still very grateful! A++++++++
