- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Chang and his staff are very friendly and professional. I have been seeing Dr. Chang for several years, with great results. My goal was to reduce foot pain without surgery. Dr. Chang worked with me to evaluate all alternatives for Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. After several months of marginal results with taping, braces, shoes and shots we elected to try the shockwave therapy (EPAT) which resets your threshold in your feet. And it WORKED - I have gone from barely able to walk across the room to averaging 2 to 3 miles a day!
